Enrobage de composant électronique

Nos colles et résines de base époxy et acrylate sont utilisées dans le secteur de l’électronique et de la microélectronique pour protéger les composants, semi-conducteurs et divers sous-ensembles. L'enrobage des composants permet la protection contre l'humidité, la température, la poussière et les agressions chimiques. Utilisées aussi pour combler les cavités ou l'étanchéité avec une bonne résistance au stress mécanique.

Toutes nos colles sont sans solvant avec grande pureté ionique de moins de 10 ppm de Na+, K+, Cl- et Br. Elles offrent une protection idéale contre la corrosion ou l’inviolabilité.

Polymérisant sous les UV en quelques secondes, nos colles sont adaptées pour l’enrobage de composants en ligne automatique pour des cadences très élevées.
Le durcissement en température de nos colles permet une polymérisation des zones cachées où les UV ne peuvent passer. 

Nos colles sont aussi disponibles en noires, d’autres solutions personnalisées sont disponibles sur demande.
